Process weave

3. Can be made, plain, twill, pit, hollow, edge, jump point, and other fine patterns. The general width of trademark ribbon is 2MM-200MM and the thickness is 0.15mm -1MM.

Packing and punching process

1. The surface of beating and winding tape must be smooth, and no defective products shall be mixed with it.

2. There shall be no more than 3 joints per unit of 100 yards and the joint can also be made according to customer's requirements. The joint must be connected with tape and cannot be sealed with pins.

3. Do not contaminate the product during belt beating, such as dirt on the surface.

Evaluation of shipment

1. Check whether the woven tape and surface of the trademark are smooth and pollution-free.
